Chandler has tapped one of its assistant city managers to fill the city manager’s position on a temporary basis.
Marsha Reed, who joined the city as an assistant city manager in 2013, will fill the role being vacated by City Manager Rich Dlugas, who is retiring June 1.
Reed will hold the position as the city conducts an ongoing national search for a permanent replacement with the help of an outside firm.
