Glendale could see nearly 300 new homes built by the end of this year, as developers complete four subdivisions that take advantage of infill opportunities in the city.
The numbers of single-family houses expected per subdivision in 2015 are 39 in Carmel Estates, 34 in Maryland Heights, 26 in Tesoro and 181 in Copper Cove, said Jon Froke, planning director for the city, during an April 22 interview.
