[OP-ED] Taxpayer money could spur West Valley projects

I’m continually amazed by the lack of progress on some of the West Valley’s big development projects.

I can tick off seven that have been stalled for years, if not decades: Estrella Falls mall in Goodyear, City Center in Goodyear, City Center in Avondale, Prasada Marketplace in Surprise, City Center in Surprise, City Center in Litchfield Park and P83 in Peoria.
