Yesterday Ryland Homes closed a deal for 78 finished lots in an existing housing development in the East Valley, according to the Maricopa County Assessor’s office.

The builder bought the land, which is located in the Eastmark community of Mesa, for  $5.85 million from DMB Associates.

Ryland paid cash for the property.

Eastmark is a large-scale housing development in the Mesa with homes that start in the $200s. Their website lists nine builders, including Ryland.
