Lake Havasu City police arrested Adam Frank Lilla, 50, the owner of Artisan Fine Woodworking, earlier this month, marking the latest apprehension of a featured member of the state’s Most Wanted Unlicensed Contractors list.

Lilla, of Lake Havasu City, was arrested May 4 amid allegations of contracting without a license and advertising without a license, according to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

The Registrar of Contractors maintains the list, modeled on the FBI’s notorious Most Wanted list. The state agency posts the Most Wanted Unlicensed Contractors list on its website.

The Registrar of Contractors’ list generally features about 10 unlicensed contractors, though the number varies from time to time. The current list highlights 13 men from across the state, though five, including Lilla, are listed as “arrested.”
