Below are the deals that closed Monday June 1, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these a transactions.

Price:  $16.8 million

Buyer: Thistle Income Partners LLC (Menlo Equities)

Seller: Walton-EH Thistle Landing Holdings JV VI LLC (Walton Street Capital LLC)

Property Type: Thistle Landing Office Park

Property Size: 443,029 square-feet.

Location: Southeast corner of E. Thistle Landing Drive and S. 50th Street (4809 E. Thistle Landing Drive) in Phoenix.

Financing: The buyer put a $500,000 down payment on a conventional loan.

Seller:  CDT Crestwood Holdings LP

Property Type: Beacon 601 Apartments, formerly Crestwood Apartments (276 units at $44,384 per unit)

Property Size: 7.1 acres

Location: Northwest corner of S. Westwood Street and W. 6th Avenue (601 S. Alma School Road), in Mesa.
