If there is a price point that appears to divide the Flagstaff housing market, it is $300,000.
That happens to be the approximate median single-family sales price in the market: about half sell for more, half for less.
But the bottom half of the list has houses selling nearly as fast as they come onto the market, while the top half lags. One Realtor, Ann Heitland of the Elite Team at Re/Max Peak Properties, counts just 43 homes priced under $300,000 on the market after 36 homes in that price category were sold in May.
