The triple-digit days have arrived, and that signals part-jtime residents headed to cooler climates. May also meant a growing interest in home purchases.
“We had one of the best (years) we’ve ever had in May,” Ahwatukee Realty owner Chad Chadderton said. “We gained a lot of activity in the under-$300,000 range.”
He said the lower range helps younger generations get into homes, especially those with families who usually have difficulty putting together a down payment.
