PhoenixMart’s final landscape plan was approved Thursday by the Casa Grande Planning and Zoning Commission, with the conditions some trees and turf be brought up to city code.
The Planning and Development Department recommended some of the landscape’s aesthetic grass be modified for recreational purposes.
The planting of 66 additional trees also was advised to meet the standard of two trees for every three parking spaces.
PhoenixMart Vice President of Construction Rob Kobierowski attended the meeting and told the commission he accepted the conditions.
