You have to love a place that believes in doubling the fun, right?
That’s how the residents of Encanterra Country Club must feel about their community these days with the announcement that the upscale Shea Homes development in San Tan Valley is adding an impressive new, second amenity to complement La Casa, the existing, award-winning 60,000 square-foot clubhouse.
Brian Beard, general manager at Encanterra, said initial plans did not include a second club, but with 800 homes in the community now, La Casa has been getting busier and busier.
