Tom McCarville ‘lived clients’ problems’

Growing up on a farm in Iowa, Thomas “Tom” McCarville couldn’t wait to get away from the weather.

As a result McCarville ended up attending law school at the University of Arizona, where January temperatures were 70 degrees instead of way below zero, said his son, Kirk.

Tom McCarville died June 11 at age 81 after a brief illness. He had moved to Oregon in 2011 following a long and distinguished law career in Pinal County.
