Agents going all out to find home sellers

Real estate agent Matthew Coates posted a message on Facebook a few weeks ago encouraging friends to consider selling their metro Phoenix house because he was out of listings and had buyers ready.

Many Valley homeowners in popular neighborhoods are receiving letters or postcards from real estate agents or even potential buyers asking them if they want to sell.

Some real estate agents are going door-to-door trying to talk homeowners in Phoenix, Tempe and Chandler neighborhoods into selling because their clients want to buy in those areas but can’t find a house in their price range for sale.
