De Rito Partners announces that on July 2, 2015, TheoryR Properties paid $3,025,000 to purchase a 9,285-square-foot retail building, located on 84,158 square feet of land at the southeast corner of 73rd Street and Butherus Drive in Scottsdale, Arizona. Stan Sanchez and John Palmieri of De Rito Partners represented the seller of the former El Santo Bar and Grill building. Michael Milic of Colliers International represented the buyer.
ThoeryR Properties is the largest property owner in the Scottsdale Airpark who leased the building upon closing to a premier restaurant & entertainment operator that will open in October. The sites taxiway access provides increased redevelopment opportunities in the future.
