Discrepancies in 3 Glendale political groups financial reports reported

Gary Hirsch has asked the treasurer of his three political committees to look into discrepancies that surfaced in their latest campaign finance reports, which were submitted three weeks late because of a “friendly” disagreement with the city clerk’s office.

“My treasurer is traveling. So, rather than giving you piecemeal answers now, I will get you answers to each and every question. Obviously our goal is to be in full compliance with the letter and spirit of the law,” Hirsch said in a July 27 interview.
