Garrett-Walker Homes entity closes on 46 lots in South Phoenix

According to public record, The Grove at Baseline LLC (Garrett-Walker Homes Entity) closed on 46 – 45’x110′ P&E Lots in South Phoenix on July 1, 2015 for $1,650,000 ($35,870 per lot / $797 per front foot). The land is located east of the southeast corner of Baseline Road and 36th Street in Phoenix. Final plat was approved at the May 13, 2015 City Council meeting.  Preliminary plat was approved January 30, 2014. According to public record, TAP Arizona LLC closed on this 9.25 acre raw site on April 12, 2013 for $760,000 ($82,194 per acre). The affidavit can he viewed here.
