Gilbert OKs 10-acre Higley Plaza project

Following approval of a site plan modification by the Gilbert Design Review Board, developer Fortis Pecos hopes to begin construction on Phase II of its Higley Plaza project within the next 60 days.

Buildings planned for the site at Pecos and Higley roads include a 33.5KSF fitness center, 15.5KSF in-line shops and a 6KSF standalone building. Once completed, the buildings will occupy eight acres of the overall 10-acre site. Shops will be accessible from Pecos Road, two points on Higley Road and another on Wyatt Way.
