The City of Glendale filed an answer to the Arizona Coyotes lawsuit this week that asks the judge to dismiss the team’s complaint or put the court case on hold because the team did not follow its dispute resolution procedures.
Mediation requirement
“Plaintiff’s claims and relief sought are barred because plaintiffs failed to exhaust the alternative dispute resolution procedures set forth in section 21 of the lease agreement (between the city and team),” says the answer submitted July 6.
