Irene Catsibris Clary never intended to get into business or real estate development. At first she wanted to go to school to be a lawyer. But, when she received her first job offer at a real estate development firm, that all changed.

She was given a set of hotel plans and her superiors asked, “What would you do with this?” She was essentially given carte blanche to do what she wanted.

Her creative eye took over, launching a career that has seen her become a successful real estate developer.
