Gilbert – Mattamy Homes (Ryan Huffman, Vice President of Land Acquisition) purchased 76 – 50’ x 100’ Platted & Engineered lots located at north of northeast corner of McQueen Rd. & Elliot Rd. in Gilbert The builder paid $4,850,000 to acquire the 17.24 acre site. The seller was Elliot & McQueen – 12, LLC. (Wendell Beck, Partner) The transaction was negotiated through City to City Commercial – Rich Stone & Ken Reycraft who represented the seller.
