The summer real estate market is staying hot in north Scottsdale. This past week, the highest priced home sale (this year) in Scottsdale, and in Silverleaf, closed for $7.2 million. The five bedroom, six bathroom home in the gated community boasts views of the Valley and the McDowell Mountains from its two-acre lot. The home was sold by Deborah Beardsley and Andrew Beardsley of Silverleaf Realty.
The 9,500 square feet Ranch Hacienda Estate built by Mike Graham, of American First Builders exudes quality, sophistication and inviting grandeur. The abundance of stonework both inside and out is complemented by extraordinary beams and woodwork, imported windows, impressive light fixtures, fine custom cabinetry and state of the art electronics. It is an entertainer’s dream featuring a full theater, outdoor pools, cabana, and a guest casita.
To date this year, Silverleaf Realty has already sold more than $108 million in real estate, mostly in the Silverleaf community.
