VanTrust (Van Tuyl Group) will build a new four-story residential community on a 3.8-acre infill site at 16th Street and Colter. Known as Arbor Court, the new development will replace an existing office site that has sat vacant for more than a year.
Comprised of two buildings, the 234-unit complex will include studio and one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as both surface spaces and a partially below-grade parking structure. Carriage units on the site will have individual garages on the first floor and living areas on the second. Access will be provided via two gated entrances, one on Colter St. and one on 16th St.
