Chandler solar shade manufacturer inks license deal for Southwest expansion

Strategic Solar Energy LLC has made its first move to install its PowerParasol custom-designed solar shade structures outside of Arizona.

Chandler-based Strategic Solar announced Empire Renewable Energy LLC has become the first licensed PowerParasol provider to install the patented structures in the Southwest.

Empire Renewable, a subsidiary of Mesa-based Empire Southwest LLC, is a residential and commercial SunPower dealer and provider of both off-grid and grid-connected turnkey solar solutions.
