Every day, technology further integrates into our lives, influencing our behaviors, shaping industries and propelling us toward new frontiers.

That notion is especially evident in today’s housing industry, where consumers are showing up in the digital world to search for listings, calculate mortgage costs, decipher real estate terms and research locations.

According to a recent study from the National Association of Realtors, 90 percent of homebuyers searched online during their home-buying process.

That same study also revealed real estate-related searches on Google grew 253 percent over a four-year period. And now, mobile technology has flooded the market, allowing buyers to use specific apps during every phase of the home-buying experience.
