June sales ‘exceptional’ as metro Phoenix housing rebound continues

Home sales across metro Phoenix climbed again in June, though prices dipped a bit.

Summer can be a slow time for housing in the Valley because of the heat, but home sales climbed 9 percent during the month, according to the latest report from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Moreover, homes sales for the month were up 22 percent from June 2014.
