For the final time until more funding is brought in, the public had its chance to weigh in on the future of passenger rail in Arizona.
The Arizona Department of Transportation held a series of public hearings this week, including one at Central Arizona College’s Signal Peak Campus. The CAC event, held on Thursday, brought a couple dozen people in to share their thoughts and ask questions of the planners of the proposed rail system that would connect Phoenix and Tucson.
