Ariz. cities rank low on list of ‘most recession recovered’

While many cities across the United States have bounced back from the recession that officials say ended six years ago, Arizona cities are not doing so well, according to a recent survey.

The highest ranking of an Arizona city, was Scottsdale at 114, Tucson ranked the worst at 149 on a national list of 150 cities surveyed.
