Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ close $2B merger deal

In a deal expected to shake up the commercial real estate industry, Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ have completed their $2 billion merger.

Terms of the deal were undisclosed. In all, the new Cushman & Wakefield has a combined $5 billion in revenue, 43,000 employees, $191 billion in transaction value and more than 4.3 billion square feet of space under management.

Both firms have significant presences in greater Phoenix.
