D.R. Horton pays $42 million to buy remainder of Saguaro Bloom Community

Marana – D.R. Horton Inc. in Tucson paid $42 million to acquire 330 platted lots and land for another 1,500 + residences within the Sanguaro Bloom master-planned community located northwest of Tucson in the Town of Marana. The property was acquired in two cash transactions from Marana Land Holdings LLC and Marana 670 Holdings LLC, both entities formed by Gregg Tryhus of Grayhawk Development Inc. in Scottsdale. The deal was brokered through Nate Nathan, Dave Mullard, Casey Christensen, and Ryan Duncan of Nathan & Associates Inc. in Scottsdale, and Will White of Land Advisors Organization in Tucson. The 700-acre Saguaro Bloom community is located west of Interstate 10 at the northwest quadrant of Twin Peaks and Silverbell roads.
