A federal judge on Wednesday permited House Republicans to proceed with part of a lawsuit challenging the Obama administration’s implementation of the 2010 health-care law, opening the door for another legal battle over the Affordable Care Act.
U.S. District Judge Rosemary Collyer issued a mixed ruling that offered bright spots for both sides, though the ruling was clearly a disappointment for the White House, which hoped to put legal challenges to its signature health law behind it.
