A more than 40-year wait to fill the community’s last remaining piece of residential property is nearly over.

K. Hovnanian Homes, the developer of Four Seasons at the Manor, is wrapping up construction on three models for the 141-unit project off Sunland and 110th avenues, and is awaiting final clearance from the Arizona Department of Real Estate to begin selling.

Andy Pedersen, regional vice president of marketing and merchandising for Hovnanian in California, Arizona and Texas, said the company expects to open the models and begin selling Oct. 10.
