Scottsdale likes the design of Treo project

Scottsdale Design Review Board staff has recommended board approval for Taylor Morrison’s proposed 24 freestanding Treo townhome project at 3510 N. Miller Road.

The project would raze a vacant apartment complex and replace it with three-story luxury single-family homes, each with a two-car garage. The townhomes will be available in three floor plans, ranging from 1,800-2,000SF.
