Arizona economy in the hands of young Chris Comacho

Chris Camacho’s road to Arizona began when he randomly sat next to Yuma’s economic development coordinator at a 2003 conference in his hometown of St. Louis.

After hearing about Arizona, the young tax and research consultant decided to come out west the following year, and he ended up running the Yuma organization at the age of 25. After about four years, he joined the Greater Phoenix Economic Council as the group’s executive vice president.
