Las Tres Potrancas signed a lease to open a new restaurant just west of the northwest corner of 75th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road in Phoenix. Bruce Milton and Justin RIhs represented the Landlord in the 1,950-square-foot lease transaction.

Eklectic Pie pizza restaurant leased a 2,604-square-foot space at the southwest corner of Loop 202 and Gilbert Road in Gilbert. Morey Fischel represented the tenant in the transaction.

Oliver’s Sophisticated Bean coffee shop is opening a new coffee shop at Roosevelt Point, located at the southwest corner of 4th Street and Roosevelt Street in Downtown Phoenix. Michael McWilliams represented the Landlord in the lease of a 2,475-square-foot space.
Kneaders opening new Mesa location
Kneaders Bakery & Cafe purchased a 54,633-square-foot pad at Red Mountain Promenade, located at the southwest corner of McDowell Road and Power Road in Mesa. Steve Bonnell represented the Landlord in the transaction. The pad sold for $650,000.
