Energy and water must be abundant and affordable for businesses and residents to spur growth

That’s why the Arizona Corporation Commission approved the “Alternative Generation 1” program in the last rate case from Arizona Public Service

An expansion of the program may have a positive impact on Arizona’s economic outlook, as long as it’s fair

As Arizona continues to recover from the worst economic times since the Great Depression, I am interested in considering how Arizona’s leaders can take steps to make sure that Arizona is open for new and expanded business opportunities.
