Ritz-Carlton proposal moves to Paradise Valley Town Council

A 200-room Ritz-Carlton resort and residential complex proposed last year in Paradise Valley is making its way to the Town Council’s desk.

Earlier this month, the Paradise Valley Planning Commission voted 5-2 to recommend that the Town Council approve the proposed Ritz-Carlton project.

The project would be located on a vacant, 105-acre property at North 68th Street and North Scottsdale Road, with East Indian Bend Road and East Lincoln Drive to the north and south, respectively.
