FBI has to return seized computer servers to PhoenixMart

AZ Sourcing was chagrined that FBI agents seized six network servers during the raid of its headquarters Nov. 19 and went to court to get them back. On Nov. 23, the FBI returned some seized servers.

Attorneys for AZ Sourcing, the parent company of PhoenixMart, filed an emergency motion with the court Friday to get back the technology taken from its headquarters across from Kierland Commons, 7047 E. Greenway Pkwy. in Phoenix.

A spokesman for the FBI did not return phone calls or respond to emails in request to questions.
