Rosedale ResidencesThe Rosedale Residences, the newest community under development by Catclar Investments, will feature 27 townhomes designed to appeal to a diverse group of homebuyers, from trendsetting, environmentally conscious, urban professionals to savvy, travel-ready buyers who seek the convenience of a lock-and-leave lifestyle. Situated in an eclectic neighborhood in the Arcadia-Biltmore area and within walking distance of the myriad upscale dining and shopping options at Biltmore Fashion Park, the gated community will mesh with the traditional architectural styles in the surrounding areas, though the interiors will project a more contemporary attitude.

Each of the two- or three- bedroom townhomes will have a two-car garage at the back of the residence. On the same level will be a flex space that can be furnished for use in whatever way the homeowner wants. The Rosedale Residences marks the sixth collaboration between Catclar Investments and award-winning architect Bing Hu, founding principal of H&S International. Energy-efficient materials will be used in constructing the townhomes, such as low-e windows with muntins and a double-wall system with blow-in cellulose fiber insulation—which not only helps contain energy costs but also provides excellent sound attenuation. The kitchens will feature stainless steel Bosch appliances and stylish Kohler fixtures will adorn the kitchens and bathrooms.

Catclar Investments anticipates that The Rosedale Residences will be ready for occupancy in July 2016. Purchase prices for the units start at $456,500. Potential buyers can visit the sales center inside the Esplanade at 24th Street and Camelback Road, next to Starbucks. Those who purchase far enough in advance will be able to personalize their townhome by choosing from available interior finishes and upgrades.
