The Rosedale Residences, the newest community under development by Catclar Investments, will feature 27 townhomes designed to appeal to a diverse group of homebuyers, from trendsetting, environmentally conscious, urban professionals to savvy, travel-ready buyers who seek the convenience of a lock-and-leave lifestyle. Catclar Investments anticipates that The Rosedale Residences will be ready for occupancy in July 2016. Purchase prices for the units start at $456,500.
