Following revisions requested by the City of Tempe’s Development Review Commission, Crescent Communities has submitted updated plans for its proposed Crescent Rio development at 1st Street and Lakeside Drive.

The commission recommended the revised plans for approval, and the city council will hold an introductory review meeting this week.

The 3.2-acre development is proposed as a five-story multifamily project with one level of below grade parking and two above.
