Home sales in metro Phoenix fell in October, and most home prices were flat.
The condominium market is faring the best with only a small decline in sales and an uptick in prices.
Overall, home sales were down 10 percent from September. And the Valley’s median home price stayed level at $225,000, according to a new report from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
