Warehouse District gamble starting to pay dividends in downtown

Historic downtown buildings sold for $44M

Jim Simpson and Pat Hagen are bringing what they hope is the Uber of commercial real estate to Phoenix and other major U.S. markets.

Simpson is CEO and Hagen is chief communications officer of Minneapolis-based Crelow LLC. The company is taking a demand-driven model used by the likes of Uber and Airbnb to the world of office space and commercial real estate.
