Former Pinal incorporation leader blasts ‘good ol’ boy’ Eloy over Arizona City try

ELoyNew leaders say they will continue effort to become city

Chairperson David Ingraham and Treasurer Kim Allen have resigned from their respective positions with the Arizona City Incorporation 2016 Committee.

Ingraham submitted his resignation letter Oct. 15 to committee members, citing it is in the best interest of the committee for him to step aside.

“It would appear my being on the committee has hindered the progress of the committee,” his letter read. “This effort is not about me nor do I have any interest in pursuing a career in politics. This effort is about the people of Arizona City.”
