More than 21 percent of homes for sale in Phoenix have had their listing prices cut recently, according to the Zillow real estate firm.
That puts Phoenix in the top six U.S. markets with homes for sale where owners and listing agents have reduced the asking price. Albuquerque has the most discounted listing at 23.6 percent. Mesa is ninth nationally with 20 percent of homes discounted.
