CalAtlantic purchases 5 acres in Phoenix in two deals

CalAtlantic(NEWS RELEASE) Ryland Home, now CalAtlantic Homes, purchased 1.66 acres located at 2541 East Osborn Road in Phoenix. The Purchase Price of the Property was $950,000 and CalAtlantic plans to build 11 to 14 homes on the Property.

CalAtlantic Homes recently purchased another parcel through Cashen which was a 2.3 acre parcel that was purchased for $2,284,000 located at the SWC of 50th Place and Earll Drive in Phoenix (Arcadia Neighborhood). CalAtlantic Homes plans to develop nine (9) luxury homes on the Property.
