A 36,000-square-foot, 12-acre estate in Paradise Valley is on the market for $35 million.

The Villa Paradiso listing could fetch a record home sale prices for Arizona, according to the Wall Street Journal and a research group called the Information Market.

The home is listed at $35 million.

The home is owned by New York hedge fund manager Robert Sussman.
