The Town of Paradise Valley is getting its Ritz-Carlton resort community on a 105-acre swath of land an arrow’s shot from Scottsdale and Lincoln roads.
Following hours of deliberations — and a possible reconsideration of the Dec. 21 approval of the plans — Paradise Valley Town Council by a 4 to 3 vote Thursday, Jan. 14 approved a development agreement between Five Star Development and the municipality putting the final stamp of approval on the proposed resort community behemoth.
