Gilbert to consider flats at San Tan project

The Town of Gilbert’s Design Review Board will consider a proposal by Embry Partners to create a 320-unit multifamily development at the northwest corner of Santan Village Parkway and Boston Street as part of a greater mixed-use project planned for the area.

Apartments at The Flats will be in four four-story and four two-story carriage buildings on the 11.6 acre site. Plans call for 48 studio, 161 one-bedroom and 222 two-bedroom units, with floor plans ranging from 600-1,275SF. Visual interest will be provided through the use of balconies, varied roof heights and facades.
