Goodyear OKs 106-home final plat

The City of Goodyear has approved the final plat for a 38-acre parcel in Estrella Mountain Ranch that will be subdivided into lots for 106 single-family homes.

Owner Newland Communities, Inc., had requested the approval so it can begin preparations to ultimately market the site, known as Parcel 9.8, as a “shovel-ready” property to a SFR builder.
