Lawsuits against Skydive Arizona face legal obstacle

The FAA is investigating the third fatality in the last six weeks at Skydive Arizona in Eloy.

Three skydivers have died during skydives at the facility since December 31.

Several skydivers who were injured in the past, but survived, sued the business.
