If it seems like Pinal County has been discussing impact fees forever, that notion isn’t far off the mark.
Impact fees ruled the day again at Wednesday’s Board of Supervisors meeting, with board members acknowledging the process of revisions has gone on for more than two years. On the bright side, a resolution appears to be close at hand.
Two separate impact fee items were on the agenda Wednesday. One was a work session item regarding language of the county impact fee ordinance. Work session items are discussion only, with no votes taken by the supervisors.
