A new plan for Chandler’s Price Corridor envisions turning 15 acres of the southeast Valley into a version of Silicon Valley.
A development application for the site draws a comparison to “the grand corporate campuses of Northern California,” and details an open campus layout that would include lunch spots, coffee shops or other retail spots, where workers in research and industry could meet, interact and share ideas.
The plans call the research and industrial hub Innovation Square, which would be northwest of Price and Queen Creek roads, directly north of the Wells Fargo corporate campus.
